what a great picture of the market holland! very crisp and clean, did you use a flash? the cheese counter looks very inviting.
i just put some old sharp cheddar in between some healthy way whole wheat tortillas and made the best quesadillas i've had in a long time...speaking of cheese.
After deciding to hold myself to a poorly chosen New Year's resolution, I spent a whole year not eating cheese. This year will be spent rediscovering cheese and documenting my findings... kaasmeisje[@]gmail.com

hey anonymous Leanne,
my favourite quesadilla is from the Rebar Cookbook:
- roasted slices of yam
- black beans
- Monterey Jack cheese
- pepitas (aka, green pumpkin seeds)
- sliced green onions
- whole-wheat tortillas
YUM!
PS - I didn't take that photo, I found it online but when I finally go to the Market myself, I will try taking my own
